Faced with an operator damage of Lödige Goods lift the "Your Space Self Storage" team needed help and called our service team at 11:31 am. By 12:37 pm an engineer was already on route, tracked via our fully electronic Service Management System. By 2:09 pm our customer was happy to report that the lift had been returned to service; fixed first time.
