The customer needed a lift to move large loads of parts between storage floors. Due to an unusual lift cabin size and the inability for the client to provide a lifting beam or eye, they found it hard to source a manufacturer for this particular project. After speaking to the client and visiting the site, Lödige proposed a bespoke Sherpa lift. This product is a free standing goods only lift that does not require a shaft or motor room to be built. A small recess of 90mm was used and Lödige supplied a lifting gantry for the installation. As well as bespoke sizing, height and loads, the appearance of the lift can also be tailor made to suit colour themes or preference.
