Goods Lifts in the Midlands

The way that the people of the UK shop has changed drastically over the last 2 years.

With more people shopping on the internet than ever, warehouses and distribution centres are expanding to keep up with demand. To make the most of their current footprint, the most cost efficient way to expand is by building up. Some warehouses have up to 6 mezzanine floors all housing goods. The safest and easiest way to move the goods between floors is by using a goods lift. A goods lift is cost efficient and practical.

On this particular project, this goods only lift is a Sherpa that has an 8 meter travel. Over 3 stops, this goods lift can move loads of just under 3,000kg at a time. This mezzanine lift will hugely improve productivity for this warehouse creating a better service all round for their customers. The Sherpa is a free standing goods lift that does not require a pit, motor room or shaft.
