She moved into Sales in 1998, in what was meant to be a temporary move. However, covering the goods lift range Birgit fell in love with the role and the product and decided to make the move permanent. Birgit has since sold more than 1000 lifts in the UK and Ireland and has built relationships with many valued customers that the company continues to work with today. They value her professional and customer focused approach and have come to expect her to put the customer’s needs first every time.
Birgit's rather amazing multi-lingual skills have made her a great asset in international communications across the company. She knows the Lödige products inside out and has vast industry knowledge, giving her the ability to suggest the best solution to customers’ requirements, making her a real asset to the company and its customers alike.
In celebrating her achievement the company stressed that she represents some of the core values of Lödige: consistency, reliability, efficiency and commitment.
